Tone Zone Gym is a 24-hour workout facility located in downtown Mt. Carmel, TN.  Opened in August 2003, it is known for its cleanliness, reasonable rates, no-contract memberships, and around-the-clock access.  We have a variety of cardio equipment, as well as a good selection of free weights and weight machines.  The equipment is clean and well-maintained.  A state-of-the-art sound system that includes user-controllable satellite radio enhances your workout experience.  Additionally, the gym provides satellite television for your enjoyment during cardio activities.  The staff and members are friendly, courteous, and helpful to each other.  We have a solid and varied customer base of experienced weight lifters, bodybuilders, sports players, as well as beginners and individuals just looking to tone up or stay in shape.   Convenient and available for purchase are various protein and energy drinks and a wide selection of nutritional supplements.   Lockers are available to keep personal belongings while you work out.  As an added benefit, the gym subscribes to several men's and women's fitness magazines which are available to our customers.  The gym provides clean towels and disinfectant spray and requires that members clean off each piece of equipment after use.  Electrostatic precipitation air cleaners (one is equipped with a germicidal ultraviolet lamp) and high-efficiency air return filters help provide clean, purified air throughout the gym.
