TONE ZONE GYM HAS RECENTLY EXPANDED! We doubled the size of the gym and added FIFTEEN more pieces of commercial, stack-loaded machines. A tanning bed was also added for member use.

Tone Zone Gym, located in downtown Mount Carmel, TN, is open 24 hours a day and requires no contract. Working out has never been so convenient! We have a variety of cardio equipment, weight machines, and free weights. All of our equipment is clean and well-maintained, and our members work out in an attractive, well-lit, non-intimidating environment. A state-of-the-art sound system adds to the energetic atmosphere.
